  • You agree not to submit content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
  • We reserve the right to remove or reject any content at our sole discretion.

5. AI-Generated Blog Content Services

Best of Web provides AI-generated blog content and automated publishing services, available through a subscription model. By using these services, you agree to the following:

  • Content is generated based on your website or provided data and may not be error-free.
  • We do not guarantee results in terms of SEO, traffic, ranking, or business performance.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing content and its compliance with applicable laws.
  • You use this service at your own risk.

A 3-day free trial is available. After the trial, your subscription will automatically continue unless canceled before the trial ends. No refunds are issued after the trial or for any paid period that has started.

6. Payments and Fees

  • All paid services are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal to avoid charges.
  • Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Site design, logo, graphics, and software are the property of Best of Web.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without prior written permission.
  • All trademarks and service marks are owned by their respective owners.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or disrupt the Site or its features
  • Submit fraudulent or deceptive information
  • Impersonate others or violate privacy

To maintain the quality and integrity of Best of Web, we do not accept submissions or provide services (including blog automation, AI tools, or directory listings) to businesses involved in the following industries or activities:

  • Gambling, betting, or lottery platforms
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or deceptive lead generation
  • Illegal or unauthorized pharmaceuticals and supplements
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or related accessories
  • Surveillance equipment or spy gear
  • Hate speech, extremist content, or politically violent organizations
  • Fake news, misinformation, or AI-generated “junk” content sites
  • Cryptocurrency services not in compliance with local regulations
  • High-risk financial services, including payday loans or unlicensed forex
  • Impersonation or brand-infringing businesses
  • Scam, clone, or reskinned software tools without original value
